You pay first and we then create your story. Each order includes up to 2 edits, so you can ask us to change a name, redraw pictures, correct the narration, or change the setting or mood. Looks, clothing and characters can't be changed after the story is made.
Because your story is created for you after payment, digital orders are generally final once delivered. We'll help, and refund where appropriate, if the file doesn't open or is corrupted, if something went genuinely wrong on our end, or if your story doesn't match what you ordered and the edits couldn't fix it. We don't usually refund a change of mind, but please contact us anyway.
Email info@generateastory.ai with your order number and what went wrong. We review each request case by case and reply as soon as we can.
Deleting your story and photos doesn't automatically issue a refund.
Payments are handled by Creem. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
